Payment methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives (minimum order ₹100).
• Online payment — UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking, processed by Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment gateway.

Security

• Tricity Shops never sees or stores your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• All payment traffic is encrypted end-to-end by Razorpay.
• Every online payment is verified server-side before the order is confirmed.

Failed payments

If money was deducted but the order didn't confirm, the amount is auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it isn't, contact support with your payment reference.
