1. About Tricity Shops

Tricity Shops is a marketplace platform that connects shoppers with independent local stores in Warangal, Hanamkonda and Kazipet. Products are sold by the individual stores; Tricity Shops facilitates discovery, ordering, payment and delivery coordination.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• One account per person, verified by your phone number.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, post spam, or abuse other users or stores.

3. Orders & payments

• Prices are set by the stores and shown inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Delivery fee of ₹40 applies to home-delivery orders under ₹500; orders of ₹500 and above ship free.
• Cash on Delivery requires a minimum order of ₹100.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

5. Content rules

Posts, reviews and comments must be your own, relevant, and respectful. Content that is misleading, offensive or spammy may be removed and may lead to account suspension.

6. Liability

Product quality and authenticity are the responsibility of the selling store. We work with stores to resolve issues, but Tricity Shops' liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Warangal, Telangana.
