Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an order from the app any time before it is dispatched (status "Placed", "Confirmed" or "Packed").
- For prepaid orders, the refund is initiated automatically on cancellation.
Returns & exchanges
- Contact the store directly within 3 days of delivery — use the Call or Contact Store buttons on your order in the app. Since all stores are local, returns and exchanges are settled directly with the store.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Innerwear and accessories are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Return the item to the store, or the store may offer to collect it — whichever you both agree on.
Refund timelines
- Online payments — refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the return is approved.
- Cash on Delivery — refunded by UPI transfer within 5–7 working days after the return is approved.
- Delivery fees are refunded only if the cancellation or return is due to a store or delivery error.
Wrong, damaged or missing items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos — call the store directly from your order, or contact support if unresolved. These cases get priority resolution with full refund or replacement.
